Biorhythm three primary and three secondary cycles

You could find biorhythm services for free in the internet, they will provide you graphical result and sometimes with advise of how you spent your energy for a better achievement or survival.

Our biorhythm charts depict a range of days centered on the target day. The numbers -14, -7, +7, and +14 across the top mark dates ranging from the past to the future. The numbers from +100% (maximum) to -100% (minimum) indicate where the rhythms are on a particular day. In general, a rhythm at 0% is thought to have no real impact on your life, whereas a rhythm at +100% (a high) would give you an edge in that area, and a rhythm at -100% (a low) would make life more difficult in that area. There is no particular meaning to a day on which your rhythms are all high or all low, except the obvious benefits or hindrances that these rare extremes are thought to have on your life.

The three primary biorhythm cycles are:

Emotional: This cycle tracks the stability and positive energy of your psyche and outlook on life, as well as your capacity to empathize with and build rapport with other people.

Intellectual: This cycle tracks your verbal, mathematical, symbolic, and creative abilities, as well as your capacity to apply reason and analysis to the world around you.

Physical: This cycle tracks your strength, health, and raw physical vitality.

The three secondary cycles that derive from the primaries are:

Mastery: This is the composite of the Intellectual and Physical cycles. Mastery encompasses your ability to succeed at tasks and to obtain what you desire. This cycle also tracks athletic ability and the focus required to learn physical skills.

Passion: This is the composite of the Physical and Emotional cycles. Passion encompasses your motivation to act, and the drive that allows you to continue a difficult pursuit. This cycle also tracks sexuality in its purest form.

Wisdom: This is the composite of the Emotional and Intellectual cycles. Wisdom encompasses your understanding of the world, your role in it, and the things that are truly important to your life. This cycle also tracks the presence of mind that you need to make crucial decisions.

Enjoy your life

I found this (accidentally) in a facebook note of someone whom I never meet, his name is Ven Sofian Huang

The most memorable sentence for me personally was the last sentence,

Enjoy Ur Life, LIFE is so SHORT … my dear friend.

with our current being,  and if we spend time for reflection,  surely we will find enough blessings that has been granted to ourself,  so enjoy them and use them wisely..and the not less important is how we could enjoy and living a passionate life all the time ..

The following is facebook note from Ven Huang Sofian that I quoted :
(He is an Indonesian just like me so I tried to translate his note into english so it can be understood by much bigger readers that are english-aware)

An afterthought of SUCCESS

Success is simple,
Success has nothing to do with getting rich,
Success is not as complex nor treasured as Kiyosaki or Tung Desem Waringin says,
Success is no need to be pursued,
Success is YOU!

Because the greatest success is in your our self …

  1. How did we’re created out of the race millions of sperm to fertilize an ovum, it is our first success!
  2. be born without disabilities, that is your second success..
  3. When you go to school and had the undergraduate studies, when every minute there are 10 students drop out because they were not able to pay fees, thats your third success…
  4. When you can work at a company in the “segitiga emas” area in Jakarta, while 46 million people have become unemployed, thats your fourth success…
  5. When you are still able to eat three times a day, at the same time there are 3 million people die of hunger each month, thats your fifth success…

Success happens every day, but sometimes we don’t realize them. ..

I was very touched when watching the movie Click! starring Adam Sandler, said “Family comes first”, as his last words to his son before he died …
This so-busy Adam Sandler in the pursuit of success,
He did not even take the time to his childs & wife, even did not attend his father’s funeral day
Himself, like his family was a mess, his beautiful wife divorced him, his son didn’t recognize him

Success is always refracted by bestselling author so their books could be a best seller again and again using a successful reply to “this complicated-and-difficult-to-get : SUCCESS”

Success is not only about wealth, luxury homes, sport cars, Rolex, early retirement, besome a businessman, have a pool / helicopter, have beautiful wife like Donald Trump, own luxury resorts in the Caribbean …

True success is to live with gratitude for all grace of God, true success is to enjoy & be grateful for every second of your life,
when you are happy, you are completely happy, whereas when you are sad, you are sad completely,
after that you have to be prepared again to face new episodes again.

True success is living right in the way of God, a good deeds living, do not cheat, give our best in works & always be a humble one,
Being a successful one in the pure form could be not thinking about wealthiness, neither try so hard to stay healthy,
true success is to accept fully our surplus, current state, all with gratitude.

Have we ever noticed?
We don’t buy an item with money, money is a globally trusted way to exchange, we actually buy a house with our time.
Yes, we may have to work day and night to pay mortgages for 15 years or a 3 years loans to buy a car / motorcycle.
Those things all we got actualy comes from the swap of our time.
We sell our time from morning to night to the highest bidder to get money so we could buy food, phone etc. …

Our greatest asset is not your home / your car, but our own self, that’s why smart people can be paid million of times folding of a fool….

The more valuable you are, the more expensive people will buy your time …
That’s why the price of Kiyosaki’s 2-hour talks  in the seminar cost about 200 million IDR
or 2-hour seminars cost of Mr. Tung Desem Waringin could reach 100 million IDR !
That’s why Nike pays Tiger Woods bold & Michael Jordan for 200 million USD,  just to wear Nike products.

A branded product to be expensive / valuable not because of
its brand, but because the product they will be used by anyone ….
That’s why the former basketball used Michael Jordan ,would sold 80 million USD,
whereas if we own a basketball with the same brand, when we sell it, its costs will be lower…

Sometimes life is funny, sound like we’re chasing a mirage, when viewed from afar, maybe we see the water / gold in the distance,
but when we go after all the strength we have and finally we get it, we realized that it is only a reflection of sunlight or “corn flakes”
and we could just said “ahh, SO this is it turns out…..”

It is funny after you read this but you are still in the race after the mirage, rather than spending your time in invaluable time together with your parents that has loved you without asking your reply, or hug your loved ones / wife warmly, say “I love you” to your loved ones: parents, wives, children, best friends…
Do this while you still have time, you never know when you will die, maybe tomorrow, maybe later tonight.

LIFE is so SHORT.
Spend more time doing your hobby, whether it’s playing ball, fishing, watching movies, drinking coffee, eat your favorite food, gardening, playing
chess, or a karaoke…

Enjoy Ur Life, LIFE is so SHORT … my dear friend.

Biorhythm

One’s life is affected by rhythmic biological cycles, and predictions can be made regarding these cycles and the personal ease of carrying out tasks related to the cycles. These rhythms control or initiate various biological processes and are composed of three cyclic rhythms that govern human behaviour: the physical, the emotional, and the intellectual (or mental) cycles.

Physical cycle (23 days; Circavigintan)
• coordination
• strength
• well-being

Emotional cycle (28 days; Circatrigintan)
• creativity
• sensitivity
• mood
• perception
• awareness

Intellectual cycle (33 days; Circatrigintan)
• alertness
• analytical functioning
• logical analysis
• memory or recall
• communication

Knowing your rhythm this could help you to see insight to innerself and check if these biorhythm cycle is correct for you currently.. and could also aid to decide your energy in which form to be spent, whether Physical,  Emotional or  Intellectual way .. if the pattern proven quite accurate, you could plan better, be more productive than before.

How to develop a good idea for today’s market.

“The most important thing is to really develop and ability to burrow into the mind of the customer and experience life the way they experience life. In many companies, people are being told to do more with less. But if you don’t understand the customer and how they define more, what you end up doing is less with less. You have to figure out what matters to the customer, what do they really care about, what job are they trying to get done, what dimensions of performance are absolutely critical—and what doesn’t actually matter to them very much. This allows you to innovate more effectively, more efficiently and more affordably.” – Scott Anthony

“If you go out in the world with a genuinely inquisitive mind and you work hard at coming up with the right way to ask the right question,
the answers that you’re going to get are going to be surprising and fresh and interesting. Asking good questions is really how you pop
that bubble you’re living in. And how you open up your culture and your structure of your organization—and you own mind—to new answers and new experiences that are blocked from your line of site.”
– Alan Webber

“Any time you get into an organization that has a ‘not invented here’ mentality, it tends to squelch innovation because people aren’t
willing to take ideas from other places and apply them in unique ways. You really need to have openness to new ideas, regardless of where
they come from.”
– Gretchen Alarcon

“The best companies use economic downturns as a time to innovate and make strategic investments. In a downturn, conventional wisdom suggests cutting costs and reducing expenses while compromising on innovation. But conventional wisdom is wrong.” - Maneesh Joshi

Web Browser Speed Test for System Administrator

Filed under: Technology Articles — ryansa @ 12:39 AM

This test is intended to few browsers that were not up to the ”usual” capability spec (e.g. Flash Player plugin and some Javascripts are not supported), but are used for accessibility, or general speed reasons, or often by system administrators who do not have a GUI (just terminal). In several tests, Lynx and Links2 were so fast that it was nearly impossible to time, as pages were often loaded faster than buttons could be pressed.  All tests were on SuSE Linux 9.1 with KDE, except HotJava which was done on Windows XP (as with the other Java browsers).

Hardware; 1.6 GHz Intel Centrino M, 512 MB RAM.
